From an assignment to a ready apartment

Why sending a message is only one step in coordinating cleaning.

A message starts the process

Sending a cleaning schedule does not establish that someone accepted the assignment. Acceptance does not establish that the apartment is ready. These distinctions matter when an arrival time changes or tasks overlap.

Keep three states separate

A sent request specifies the property, timing and instructions. An accepted assignment identifies who owns the work. Confirmed completion comes from the person who did it, using the agreed method. The manager should be able to understand the current state.

Prepare for exceptions

Choose who to involve if a provider is late, unavailable or reports an issue. Specify when to update the guest and who can change schedules. People perform the work on site; hostem coordinates information, requests and confirmations.

Connect coordination with context

Reservation times, property instructions and team contacts need to be considered together. With hostem, property readiness is a responsibility that can be configured individually once tools and operating procedures are defined.

hostem is a digital operator for short-term rentals. Responsibilities are configured individually, with an initial setup fee and a subscription based on properties and delegated work.
